It is a fully automatic composting machine which converts all kinds of organic waste into compost within 24 hours using its special microbes.
 The Foodie initially comes with sawdust mixed with special bacteria culture till half level of the composting tank in the machine. The bacteria reproduces continuously during the operation, so there is no need of new addition ever. Also during removal of compost, some portion of it is to be retained in the machine for future composting of waste.they grow only in high temperature of 55℃ to 85℃. So they do not pose any threat to humans and are free of any pathogens.

The compost can be used directly in garden or plants. However, as it is concentrated it should be mixed with soil and used in the proportion of 5:1 ratio (soil :compost).
Since there is no crushing or grinding taking place during the operation, no harm will be caused to the compost or the machine. While putting the waste the next day the waste collector can see the bag or paper and remove it easily. However, we recommend strict segregation of compostable & non-compostable items by the users to avoid such instances.
By chance if any hard or metal object goes into the machine, it can interfere with the rotating blades and cause them to break. By hard objects we mean coconut shells, big bones or branches of trees and metal objects like steel rods. Even then any inorganic or non-compostable items are strictly prohibited.
The operating time of Foodie is only 6-12 hrs. Thus, power cuts for few hours would not affect the composting process.


Product Description:
We specialize in offering a wide array of Organic Waste Converter that is used for aerobic decomposition of the material. It has a rotating horizontal agitator on which tumbler is attached and waste food is poured. This agitator mixes and throws the waste in the chopper that rotates at high speed, thus provides adequate amount of oxygen, temperature and moisture that promotes the growth of aerobic microbes. Transfer trolley:
  • The resulting pre-compost is emptied into crates, put on the stainless steel transfer trolley and taken for loading into fogging and curing system
Fogging and curing system:
  • A rack system to put crates of pre-compost. Pre-compost is kept for 5-7 days with intermittent spraying of water mist required to speed up the composting process as well as pH correction of the pre-compost
Operating Principle:
  • Waste is inserted into the hopper and macerated by an integral grinder before being ejected into the process chamber
  • Once in this chamber, the waste is aerated and mixed with the incoming fresh waste by a newly-developed mixing technique
  • The ripening chamber is, of course, equipped with an independent mixing system. Independently controlled chamber ensures the best possible results in the most hygienic conditions
