1. Lack of exercise : You must go for morning walk, atleast one KM every day.Regular exercise improves the immune system, gives you positive energy and keep you in good mood throughout.
2.Lack of sleep. Try to get sufficient amount of sleep.Normally a person requires seven hoursv of sleep.
3.Lack of water : Neither juice nor tea can replace the benefits guaranteed by water, but be sure to make it a rule to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. This will make you more energetic, protects the immune system and also prevents dehydration that can result in headaches and muscle pains. So ensure that there is a water bottle at your desk and prevent headaches amidst your work and meetings.
4. Lack of proper meal : Never skip a meal. In the long run it will play havoc with your system.
5.Dining out frequently: Go for home food. Avoid outside food as much as possible as you dont know how these foods are prepared.
