HUTCH MPIN

It's simple. Enter your Hutch phone number, as the username, followed by your MPIN, every time you want to access My Hutch. Once you are logged in, you will need to fill up a small questionnaire, which will help us create your profile. Please note that you can only use this facility if you are a Hutch Postpaid customer. Hutch Prepaid customers can currently access Group Messaging through My Hutch.

To obtain your MPIN

Just type MPIN on your Hutch phone and send it as an SMS to 123. You will receive your MPIN as an SMS on your Hutch phone.

What is an MPIN

Your MPIN is a 4-digit number that gives you automatic access to an otherwise restricted area on My Hutch. Once you get your MPIN, Hutch Postpaid customers can view and analyse their Hutch bills online, check records of previous bills, subscribe or unsubscribe to alerts, send group messages etc. Hutch Prepaid Customers can use Group Messaging to create/ add/ delete new groups and add/ delete members to the group.

As the MPIN is randomly generated, it is completely secure and foolproof.

To change your MPIN

In case you forget your MPIN or wish to change it, simply type NEWMPIN and send it to 123. A new MPIN will be generated and sent to you. The old MPIN will lapse automatically.

Please note that your MPIN will get locked after 3 wrong attempts. To access your account thereafter, you will need to type NEWMPIN again and send it as an SMS to 123.
