3. FOLLOW SUNNAH: Muslims have deviated from the path shown to them by their religion and their Prophet(PBUH) . START READING ABOUT SUNNAH WAYS OF LIVING LIFE.

The Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said:
“The evil eye is real.” [Ibn Majah]
There is a hadith that says, “” do not let your houses to be like graves. The house in which Sura Al-Baqara is recitde, the shaytaan never enters” It also refers to Ayat-ul-kursi (verse of the throne) Verse 255 of Surah al-Baqara.

The fact that jinn can enter human bodies is proven in the Quran and Sunnah (prophetic teachings)
When the jinn touch a person with epilepsy, it may be because of desire or love, just as happens between one human and another… or it may – as is usually the case – be because of hatred and punishment, such as when a person has harmed them or they think that he has harmed them deliberately, either by urinating on them or pouring hot water on them or killing them, even if the person did that unknowingly.

The jinn live upon the same earth as humans do. Most of them can be found among the ruins and dilapidated areas, as well as the places where there are many impure things, such as, bathrooms. They often avoid human civilization and live far away

Here’s how to protect youself and your family from the shaytan:

Reading the morning and evening adhkar, the duas prescribed for protection against the evil eye as well as constantly thanking Allah for yourself and your family fortifies this protection immensely.
·                                 Read the mu’awwadhatayn (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas) and morning and evening adhkar daily as mentioned ithe following hadith.

It was reported that ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: “When the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) went to his bed, he would blow into his hands and recite Qul Huwa Allaahu Ahad (Soorah 112) and the Mi’wadhatayn (Soorahs 113 and 114). Then he would wipe his hands over his face and his body, as far as they could reach.” ‘Aa’ishah said: “When he fell ill, He would ask me to do that for him.” {Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5416; Muslim, 2192}.

The Apostle of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said,
“These privies [public bathrooms] are frequented by the jinns and devils [i.e. any jinn in general]. So when anyone amongst you goes there, he should say: ‘I seek refuge in Allah from male and female shaitaan.’” [Dawud: Book 1: Hadith 6]

Narrated by Jabir: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said,
“When night falls(Maghrib time), then keep your children close to you, for the devils spread out then. An hour later you can let them free; and close the gates (i.e. doors) of your house (at night), and mention Allah’s Name thereupon (i.e. Bismillah), and cover your utensils (i.e. foods), and mention Allah’s Name thereupon, (and if you don’t have something to cover your utensil) you may put across it something (e.g. a piece of wood, etc.).” [Bukhari: Book 4: Volume 54: Hadith 500]

This hadith was recorded in Sahih Muslim. The devils love to sit between the shade and the sunlight; mostly in alleys. For this reason the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade the Muslims to sit in such places. This hadith was recorded in the books of Sunan and other works and it is sahih. Avoid sitting under big tree at evening or night time. Woman should cover their hairs specially as that attracts jinn.

We may also seek help against the jinn by remembering Allah (dhikr) and reciting Qur’an, especially Aayat al-Kursiy. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever recites it will remain under the protection of Allah and no Shaytaan (devil) will be able to approach him until the morning.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari). And al-Mi’wadhatayn (the last two soorahs of the Qur’an) may also be recited.
And I say: the way to save oneself from this is to remember Allah and speak His Name at the beginning of all things, as it was reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to mention Allah in many cases, such as when eating, drinking, mounting his riding-beast, taking off his clothes , having intercourse and so on…
MAKE IT A HABIT TO SAY A SMALL WORD  “Bismillah” IN YOUR LIFE.

Please try to learn those duwaas in Arabic or say it in your mother tongue.

Multitasking—a medical and mental hazard

Multitasking—a medical and mental hazard

Multitasking Damages Your Brain, health And Career

Multitasking reduces your efficiency and performance because your brain can only focus on one thing at a time. When you try to do two things at once, your brain lacks the capacity to perform both tasks successfully.

Those who multitask a lot and feel that it boosts their performance—were actually worse at multitasking than those who like to do a single thing at a time.

Multi taskers Are Distracted

Distraction can also be dangerous. David Strayer, a professor of psychology at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and an expert on driver distraction, has found that a motorist talking on a cell phone is every bit as impaired as someone who’s legally drunk. And there are health costs: Stress, including the self-imposed kind, means more cortisol into the bloodstream. Chronically elevated levels of cortisol can damage the heart, cause high blood pressure, suppress the immune system, and make you susceptible to type 2 diabetes.

our time here is so short,No one knows the duration of this journey

*I AM A BETTER PERSON AFTER READING THIS*
A young lady was sitting in a bus. At the next stop a loud and grumpy old lady came and sat by her. She squeezed into the seat and bumped the young lady with her numerous bags.
The person sitting on the other side of the young lady got upset, asked her why she did not speak up and say something.
The young lady responded with a smile:
*"It is not necessary to be rude or argue over something so insignificant, the journey together is so short."*
We need to realize that our time here is so short; that to darken it with quarrels, futile arguments, not forgiving others, discontentment and a fault finding attitude would be a waste of time and energy.
Did someone break your heart?
Be calm, *the journey is so short.*
Did someone betray, bully, cheat or humiliate you?
Be calm, forgive, *the journey is so short.*
No one knows the duration of this journey. No one knows when their stop will come. Our journey together is so short.
Let us cherish friends and family. Let us be respectful, kind and forgiving to each other. Let us be filled with gratitude and gladness.
If I have ever hurt you, I ask for your forgiveness. If you have ever hurt me, you already have my forgiveness.
After all, our journey together is so short.
🙏 *Stay Blessed
