The main cause of skin boils is generally due to an infection of a hair follicle. This can occur for a number of different reasons.

- Chafing clothes
- Malnutrition (Vitamin A or E deficiency in particular)
- Menstrual Cycle
- Blocked sweat glands that become infected
- Immune Problems & Disorders

- Being Overweight
- Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
- Tooth Decay
- An ingrown hair
- A splinter or other piece of foreign material that has penetrated the skin
- Poor hygiene
Skin Boils homeopathic remedy Silicea 6X frequently four globules every two hours. Hot water compress can be given to the boil. Once pus is out, wash with antibacterial soap.
You can give a mixture of :
Hepar sulph (6C) used by homeopathic physicians to assist patients with conditions that tend to be infected, often producing pus. Also useful when addressing skin complaints where the skin is sensitive to touch, moist, and suppurates easily.
Silicea (6X) used homeopathically when there is a weakened immune system and recurrent boils or skin eruptions. It is also good for expelling splinters from the tissues or pus from wounds.
Sulphur iod. (6C) Homeopathic physicians may prescribe Sulphur when skin conditions are accompanied by burning pains, and offensive odors.
Echinacea (6C) is useful in cases of foul-smelling discharge, membranous formations protruding and recurrent boils.
Calc. sil (6C) suits those conditions that tend to come on slowly and fester under the skin.
